Award-winning Royal and Imperial Portrait Artist HH Michael Peschka has had a long career as an artist, drawing from the age of three and painting from eight years old. His work was first exhibited at the prestigious Laguna Gloria Art Museum in Austin, Texas when he was only eleven years old. At the age of twenty-three his long-time friend Caja Palffy, Countess of Pressburg and Erdod and the daughter of Dorothy, Princess Radziwill, arranged for his apprenticeship in Brussels to the official portrait artist to His Royal Majesty King Baudouin I of Belgium. Since then Michael has continued to grow and to expand his talents and his prestige as an artist and is now himself a Royal and Imperial Portrait Artist, painting members of the royalty and nobllity of the world as well as celebrities and global socialites. Michael is also a devoted supporter of numerous charities including Wheels Of Life (founded by his good friend Her Grace, Countess Tatania Kurbatov), We Care For Humanity (founded by his dear friend HH Princess Maria Amor Torres), Art From The Streets in Austin, Texas (a city funded organization which offers art lessons and an annual art sale for the city's homeless population) and The Homeless Project, an innitiative of HH Michael to sell or auction works of art to raise money for homeless charities around the worlHH Michael is also the official artist for the Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem, United States Grand Priory. He is the social media chairperson for Fashion Group International of Palm Springs and the Desert Communities, Inc. and he is a diamond sponsor of Wheels Of Life as well as the 2014 Dignified Artist of the Year for We Care For Humanity, being awarded this honor in June of 2014 at the United Nations in New York City, NY at the annual G.O.D.
