This beautiful print is from Ansel Adams' most acclaimed and familiar works in the series of the Classic Images Collection, plate 2 and named "Monolith, The face of Half Dome" taken at Yosemite National Park in 1927. Although this is a dye transfer, the image quality is comparable to a photograph as there are no dots visible to the naked eye. This reproduction has been published by the New York Graphic Society and features the embossed "AA" monogram and stamped with ©Trustees of the Ansel Adams Publishing Rights Trust Books and numbered 187 of 350.
